Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. When you purchase a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal/consumer) for payment, billing, and tax mechanics. IT Career OÜ remains responsible for your subscription and customer support.
You must not misuse our service. This includes, but is not limited to, unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, or any interference with the security or performance of our platform.
IT Career OÜ retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the PT Pad service, including its software, documentation, and branding.
We strive to keep PT Pad available at all times, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security risks, or any other serious policy violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Career OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
